Sky Sample, Regional Manager, Operations West
Sky is responsible for the day to day management of Delphi’s West Coast client service commitments. She manages Delphi’s Program Coordinators and the initial start-up phase for Delphi’s programs. As a certified coder, Sky also provides leadership and training in the area of coding and billing for Delphi’s physicians and Program Coordinators ensuring that billing and coding are in compliance and collections and charges are efficiently and accurately captured. Sky brings to Delphi over 20 years of supervisory and coding/billing experience within both the hospital and private practice setting. She has worked closely with both hospitals and physicians in coordinating efforts to streamline processes, write policies and procedures and overall management of healthcare operations.
