Some hospitals would like to exit the practice ownership and management business altogether but want to preserve relationships with their physicians. The Delphi team has an extensive track record of successfully managing physician practices and developing cohesive physician groups while fostering physician leadership and effective self-governance. Delphi management team members each have 10+ years of experience in the day-to-day management of private physician practices and healthcare leadership. In our collective experience, we have owned and managed practices as well as provided management services for practices that are hospital-owned.
