Delphi Healthcare Partners — our name reflects our mission — partners in healthcare. We collaborate with our client hospitals to create custom designed physician staffing solutions. Our solutions include the development and management of hospital-based physician groups such as Anesthesiology, specialty hospitalist groups such as OB/Gyn and Pediatrics and Emergency Department on-call backup programs such as General Surgery and Orthopedics. In addition, we develop and manage hospital-owned or sponsored medical groups to meet needs in underserved or rapidly growing clinical specialties and primary care. Our vision is to continue to grow the company with our clients' interests at heart and continue to foster a creative, innovative and committed organization that meets our clients' specific needs. In addition, we want to be an organization where employees can be successful and have genuinely fulfilling careers. If we keep our clients' interests at the forefront of our commitment and our efforts, we will be successful operationally and financially.
