Our services are provided based on a contractual relationship with our clients and we take those contracts very seriously. More importantly, when we tell you we will do something . . . our word is good . . . the contract simply codifies the essentials of our working relationship. Guaranteed Coverage: We provide you with guaranteed physician availability and coverage. Guaranteed Continuity: We guarantee, for the terms of our contracts, to have physicians assigned to staff our programs. We are responsible for replacing any physicians who leave with no additional recruiting fees to the client. Recruiting replacement physicians is our problem and our cost . . . not the client's. Guaranteed Commitment: We commit to success, not best efforts. Guaranteed Cost Proposals: We guarantee our cost proposals. Revenue enhancement opportunities and reimbursement may fluctuate over the course of the contract but Delphi guarantees you a fixed cost. |
