Marylou is a seasoned healthcare professional who is responsible for revenue cycle management and monitoring the performance of external billing vendors for Delphi’s programs. She also is accountable for designing quality measurement structures for each program. Identifying reliable methods of reporting and working with each hospital to design custom plans that report data on the program’s performance is essential to Delphi’s model of providing quality care.
