Lisa Oakes manages the day to day operations of Delphi’s Eastern Region client service commitments. Lisa’s background is in physician practice management and billing. She has extensive experience in process improvement for physician practice operations, resolving medical staffing issues, managing accounts receivable/ collections and staff training.
