John brings over 15 years of healthcare management experience to Delphi, with expertise in managing hospital operations and with multi-specialty clinics. He is responsible for coordinating the design and imple- mentation of new Delphi physician and staffing management programs in the central part of the country. He is also responsible for managing the operations and client relations of each program. With John’s experience as a leader on the management team of hospitals and clinics he is keenly aware of, and sensitive to, hospital/physician relationships, medical staff politics and the financial realities of hospitals, private physician practices and hospital-owned and/or sponsored physician practices. John is a Fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives and is board certified in healthcare management with the American College of Medical Practice Executives.
