Delphi designs effective solutions in response to the ED Call Backup coverage crisis affecting hospitals throughout the country. Per EMTALA regulations, hospitals are required to provide certain levels of service in their Emergency Departments. The responsibility and liability for this is placed on hospital administrators rather than on the medical practitioners. When administrators have holes in ED Call coverage or are at risk of losing coverage altogether, Delphi can work with them to put a program in place that may include either long term or short term solutions. In addition to designing the programs, Delphi also recruits for, implements and manages them.
