Additional Contracts Create Need for Expansion

MORRISVILLE, NC –March 1, 2011 — Delphi Healthcare Partners, Inc. announces the addition of Randy Stewart as Chief Financial Officer in a newly created role for the Company. Randy has extensive experience managing financial services for a number of national healthcare organizations. His experience working with physicians and hospital executives in practice management, physician networks, hospital joint ventures and managed care organizations brings a high level of expertise to the Company.
Also joining Delphi will be Todd Jacks as Vice President of Operations, Western Region. Todd has overseen operational activity for a variety of healthcare organizations on the West coast. His professional experience as an administrator, a consultant, a business development director and as a COO offer Delphi’s clients another strong operational resource.

Delphi also has added veteran healthcare legal counsel, Richard Finley to its corporate staff. Dick’s experience as a hospital administrator coupled with his expertise in healthcare law gives the Company a unique resource as it adds programs nationally.
